Reasonable Rates!
- As of May 1, 2010: $35 per hour in the field, $30 per hour in
the shop - Rates do not include travel time to & from your site and may
be a 1 hour minimum - Rates are subject to change
- All repair parts are new* and come with the full
manufacturer's warranty, generally 90 days or 1 year. My
labor is warranted for 60 days (modem installation labor and
Windows operating system re-installation labor are
warranted 30 days).
* Repair parts will be used or refurbished ONLY if new is not
available and will be provided only with supplier's warranty, if any.
